    Hi

I am using WPMU and ? have 500 sub blog. when I try to setup the file backup. I can not see all folders on the “Files” Tab.

The page could not be load completly. Because there are alot of “blogs.dir” folders.

This a problem. If i have had 1000 sub blog, This page never can not be load.

What can i do for that?

    Thanks

Hi prevma, please go to BackWPup->Settings->General. If “Folder sizes” is checked, please uncheck it and save settings. Does that solve the loading issue?

    Hi Caspar

No. It is not checked. my problem is not with folder size. my problem is blogs.dir folder has a lot of sub folder and page can not displayed all of them on the “Files” Tab. So i can not press the save settings button because there is no “save settings” button on the bottom. Page too long

    I think this is problem?

Ah, thanks. Can you post a screenshot somewhere? Because even if the page might load a while, in the end there should be a save button at the bottom.

    Thank you

You should delete unnecessary files from your site by using FTP and then try again with that plugin. That might work

    Hi Amanur

Our sub sites are not unnecessary. We are using WPMU and we have a lot of sub blogs.

This folders name which is listed as number are sub sites folder’s name. Contains images of sub-sites

    Thank you

    Hi Prevma
Then you might try this plugin. It works great. https://ithemes.com/purchase/backupbuddy/

That is a one step backup plugin which back up all the files along with database by just one click.

    Thanks

    Hi All

    I fixed it.

Normaly max_execution_time 30 sec. it seems BackWPup->Settings->information tab

if you have a lot of file and folder, this time is not enough to list all folders.

You should write this code to the htaccess file.

    php_value max_execution_time 259200
