File contains suspected phishing URL

  • Recently I have been getting emails from one of my sites that run with WordFence

    With a bunch of the following

    Alert generated at Saturday 28th of June 2014 at 10:19:03 PM

    Critical Problems:

    * File contains suspected phishing URL: /var/www/vhosts/MYSITE.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/wfcache/www.MYSITE.com_blog/april-01-2014-at-0219pm~~~~_wfcache.html

    and a whole list of these

    What am I suppose to do with these?
