File download with sign up?

Does PopupAlly include a system for file downloads upon signup? I know I could include a link to a file somewhere on the server, but that link wouldn’t be protected (i.e., anyone who finds the link could get the file). I’m hoping for a way that a file link for download is somehow specific to the person signing up, or is perhaps a time-limited temporary link.
