file flagged as potentially suspicious

I’ve run a Quttera internal scan of my site, and a file in the plugin was flagged as potentially suspicious.

This is the file: wp-content/plugins/tiny-compress-images/src/data/cacert.pem

And this is the line of code in that file that is potentially suspicious:
