    Hello,

I have created a form where a file can be uploaded. Unfortunately, this does not arrive with the mail and I could not find out until now what the problem is:
    1. I have searched for PHP errors: unfortunately the provider does not provide PHP error logs. I put wordpress in debug mode, the generated logfile debug.log has no content.
    2. File type and file size are valid.
    3. the temporary folder for the attached file (wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads) exists and has write permissions. In the folder there is a file .htaccess with content “Deny from all”. – is that the problem?

Unfortunately I can not think of anything else I could try. Could you please help?

    Fritz

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

Now I got it, the problem was sitting in front of the screen. ?? I had forgotten to put the mail-tag for the uploaded files into the File attachments field. Life can be so easy. Thanks for your help!!!

    Greetings,
    Fritz
