I have done the following steps:

    1) Install Koko
    2) I update the permalinks
    3) I press save in the koko settings
    4) I delete the ‘koko-analytics-collect.php’ file so it will be recreated

but I can’t get the pageviews.php file to be created in the Uploads folder.

Note: it is not counting visits

Please share a link to where I can see this on your website. Thank you!

I have the same problem. I also worked through the list above. On another website of mine, everything worked smoothly. Does anyone have an idea?

    update:

I got it right. In another thread I read that the problem could be a setting of wprocket. Added it to the JavaScript exception. Now it seems to work, after reinstalling the plugin
