File is not found

Sounds like it’s due to image thumbnails missing. You could try using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and then check whether re-generating the reported images via the plugin resolves the issue once you try to Smush the images again.

If there are only a few images that are reported, you could delete and re-upload the image instead of using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

In order for our techs to have a closer look, could you please send an email with your screenshots to [email protected]

Please make sure the subject is:

Please also include:
– link to your site;
– link to this forum thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/file-is-not-found/
– Any other relevant info that may help us better understand the issue (e.g. any error messages, etc.).

There isn’t any screenshot of what it shows after running bulk smush.
