file is not writable warning, and broken CSS after deactivating the plugin

  • After updating, it started showing the warning “/home/687299.cloudwaysapps.com/yxarwx****/public_html/wp-content/breeze-config/breeze-config.php file is not writable.”

    I followed the guide on How Can I Reset File and Folder Permissions, but it didn’t work.

    Lastly, I tried uninstalling Breeze, and voila, my whole website got broken.

    I need a solution for both.
