File List not displaying sub-categories

  • I am trying to display the file list with [wpfilebase tag=browser /] but I just get the top level categories. I have tried disabling all other plugins, reinstalling wordpress, reinstalling the plugin and can’t seem to get it to work. It is a clean install of wordpress so there isn’t much to interfere with it. I have tried it in multiple browsers, but that doesn’t seem to help either.

    I do have it set so only subscribers can view it… does that have any impact?

  • I have been dealing with a similar problem for about a month and have posted two messages asking for some support. So far, not even a comment.

    We have no idea why the WP-Filebase file browser stopped working. We changed nothing.

    Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? In essence the plugin has become useless. And I was about to ask my organization to contribute . . .
