File .maintenance is not within the allowed path

    Hello! Hope that anyone can help me. When I try to open my blog stemplusd.com or connect to stemplusd.com/wp-admin, I receive the following message:

    PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(G:PleskVhostsstemplusd.comhttpdocs/.maintenance) is not within the allowed path(s): (G:/PleskVhosts//stemplusd.com;C:WindowsTemp) in G:PleskVhostsstemplusd.comhttpdocswp-includesload.php on line 147

    That is an alien language for me! I’ve already talked with GoDaddy support, they checked if there were a problem with the server, but they said it is working correctly. They so adviced me to contact WordPress, because there would be an error within wordpress configuration.

    I also tried to deactivate all plugins via FTP, but it didn’t work. I really don’t know what to do as I don’t know anything about PHP… I read a couple of previous posts on this forum with a similar topic, but I don’t understand anything ??
