File Manager Permission Settings not working

Hi,

I have had to add another user and role to my site and when I go and add the role permissions and user Permissions, it does not save them and now all the other permissions that were set do not work.

I have deactivated the plugins to see if there was a conflict but seem to make no. difference.

I need your assistance with resolving this as soon as possible as The user needs to access this from tomorrow.
