File Manager will download but will not activate

    I can download file manager and also says it is compatible with my version of wordpress but it will not allow me to activate it. On the plug in page it says “not supported” on the top right hand corner. But it says it is compatible with my current version of WP. Any tips to help me fix this?

    Hey @topsoilsnw,

    Thanks for contacting our support. As far we can see you must be using wordpress.com hosting. WordPress.com hosting doesn’t support file manager because it gives you additional access.
