File menu under the footer area

its looks like a style conflict between your theme and mdocs, which knowing the theme it is very hard to trouble shoot. My first guess would be to take a look at the style that is associated with your themes footer and look for something like index-z and reduce it.

Thanks bhaldie. I will look into it and try to get some feedback from the theme author as well.

The menu was cut by content area. The following code was append to the page settings and is now ok.
