File not allowed. Failed uload path

    This is the error I get when I have the admin messages turned on:

    Upload failed!
    File not allowed.
    Failed upload path: (is correct)

    Hi there, you can see where I have the form here: https://www.thegreatamericanstory.org/submit/

    I just purchased the pro version hoping it would fix this problem but I’m still getting the same error no matter the file type or size, same error. This plugin was working great a couple of weeks and, as far as I know besides standard updates, nothing has changed. Our website is hosted by Godaddy.

    Please let me know if its possible to fix this!
