File not found error after update to 1.3.0

    Hi,
    I’m using WordPress Multisite 4.0.
    At the moment I have only “Saving as Word Document” activated.

    Version 1.2.2 worked fine. After updating today I get an “File not found” error on one of my blogs within a multisite. What I tried so far:

    Reinstall Plugin via FTP
    Saved Permalinks again
    Deactivated Plugin, activated again

    Please advice
