file not resolving correctly – branford magazine

I’m having problems with images within Brandford Magazine which I’ve been told has to do with ‘images not resolving.’

I’m experimenting with the blog at https://www.babies-wordwide.com/blog. Currently it is only dummy type text that has been entered. Here’s the problem.

Here’s what I’ve done. Formed an image, ‘trial-blue.png’ and saved it to the Branford image folder.

Next selected the ‘add an image’ icon choose browser and selected blog/themes/branfordmagazine/images and selected my trial-blue.png when Link Url shows I see the following url: https://www.babies-worldwide.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/trial-blue.png

I take 2008/11/trial-blue.png go to custom fields and with the key ‘featuredarticleimage’ and the placed the value 2008/11/trial-blue.png into the appropriate box, updated and then published.

If I place the url https://www.babies-worldwide.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/trial-blue.png into my browser it will show the trial blue image.

However when I go to my blogs home page the image does not appear and if I go to the box where the image should appear, press, copy image location, I get the following: https://www.babies-worldwide.com/blog//websites/LinuxPackage04/ba/bi/es/babies-worldwide.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/trial-blue.png

I’ve been told that the two // after the first blog indicates that the problem is ‘the file is not resolving.’ I haven’t a clue what that means and would appreciate any suggestions.

I’ve went over my category order etc and checked that the proper info is entered into branfordmagazine index.php and all appears well. I appreciate that all templates are slightly different but any guidelines/help will be appreciated
