file saving to root and not folder

  • On multiple websites from different clients with different servers/installs the image are saving to the root folder on GCS as well as the /year/date folders. I am not sure if it’s all but seems to have started around the 10th of September for all of them

    Hey!

    is your problem is still relevant? Can you try upgrading to 3.0.4? It has some related fixes. But they are specifically related to Elementor compatibility.

    I have just run then update from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 and cleared the root (I manually have to move them daily) so I will let you know if this resolved the issue or not.

    Also, what mode and Folder settings you use?

    Hello,

    Folder: /year/month/
    Mode: CDN

    It’s on a custom domain but never had problems before and have SSL setup via CloudFlare for the gcs.domainexample.com subdomain.

    So, with 3.0.4 it also does not work?

    Can you please create an issue in the GitHub repository and post a screenshot of your settings there?

    let me see first so run it 1/2 a day with 3.0.4 and if an issue I will open an issue on GitHub, thanks.
