file sharing

I want to add a page on my site for me to upload files (less than 1gb files) and allow them to be shared with anyone who has the link to that page. No sign in required. It would also be nice if there were a “counter” to keep track of how many times a particular file was downloaded.
Im not sure if I need a plug in for this to work or what. Ive searched for file sharing plug ins and coming up blank. Thanks for any help.
