File Sharing with Certain Users with this plugin

Will this plugin allow for the website Administrators to upload files so that only certain logged in users can view those files, but they’re not visible to the public or other logged in users of the site?

Yes, For each file uploaded by an Administrator – there will be a share option where he can allow specific users by emails or deny some users by their emails or allow all users in bulk.

Also, can the files that logged in users upload be set to only be seen by Administrators, and no other logged in users?

Yes, all files uploaded by users are viewable by admin. And their files will not be accessible by other users unless they share them by entering other users email.

Basically, what are the permissioning options available for this plugin and can I allow files to be able to be shared privately between an admin & a user & vice versa with no other access to those files by other logged in users or the public?
