File system backup fails (DB is ok)

    Backup of the filesystem fails after 10 resumptions. The database backs up fine as long as I uncheck plugins, themes, uploads, etc.

    Updraft 1.16.41 and WP 5.5.3

    I’ve attempted setting the split level to 25MB as I’ve seen that suggested in other threads.

    The nginx/php logs do not have any relevant info, and the Updraft log isn’t particularly descriptive either. I’m stumped!

    Any suggestions that can point me in the right direction are appreciated.

    Hi,

    The log shows that you are still using the older version (1.16.26). Can you try updating to latest version 1.16.41?

    Hi,

    Please can you try to re-install UpdraftPlus? Then run a new backup.

    If you get the same issue still, please ask your host/server admin to check the PHP error log. They should be able to find out the exact cause of the issue.
