I have updraft plus set up to back up to AWS3. When I test the settings, it says everything is fine, however the files are not going to aws3.
They appear to be available to download inside the site. Can you help me?

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

The logs show no errors in uploading the backup files to the ‘thpcitruswebsitebackups’ bucket.

What happens if you attempt to download the backups via the UpdraftPlus dashboard?

Sorry for such a late reply. it will allow me to download, so they are clearly on the server.

I have checked AWS several times. There are no new files there.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

I’m afraid that the shows shows about as perfect an upload as could be expected. AWS is returning the correct success responses to each file upload.

This suggests that the backups are either being sent to the wrong location, or are being deleted by AWS after the backup.

In the site information section of the Advanced Tools tab, what is the value of ‘Web-server disk space in use by UpdraftPlus’?
