I just tried to install visual form builder and it locked up my whole site. all i get now no matter what I try to do is the following error message. Please help

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/visual-form-builder/ folder.

ok thank you. IS there any way to delete the the folder without going through the ftp?
