File upload

  • Contact Form 7 is working on my WordPress installation.
    There is only one problem:
    After uploading a file and submitting the form the email has no download LINK.
    It shows only the plain text e.g.:
    Download: 13-Flower-blue.jpg
    But there is nothing to download the image.
    What do I do wrong?

    Below are the three tags I added:
    Form: [file file-872]

    Message body:
    [file-872]

    File attachments:
    [file-872]

    you should only have 2 links to Copy this code and paste it into the form left.
    should look like this
    [file file-570 limit:20000000 filetypes:jpg|psd]

    and one should look like this

    And, put this code into the File Attachments field below
    [file-570]

    Message body: should be left blank
