    Thanks Samboll but am looking for somthing that will allow a zip file of the theme to be attached and submited at the front end.

    ahh..
    that page is basically just using a styled form
    you can look at the view source and stylesheet to see how it’s done.

    Also this plugin lets users upload files from the front end

    I managed to figure out and configured cformsII to do the job perfectly ??

    ZGani, I read your post reply of 11 months ago and I have a very similar problem to someone you obviously helped out when all of their blog posts disappeared. I have a similar situation and would ask if you would kndly take me one step further and tell me where I can find the database and PhpMyAdmin. I am unfamiliar with the location of these tools and have checked my WordPress interface for these without success.

    You replied: You need to access your database and check if you still have the wp_posts populated with content.
    Use your PhpMyAdmin to check the content – while you are there run the table maintenace under the Operation
    s tab.
