File upload error

  • Hi There,

    I’m using Contact Form 7 plus the Contact Form 7 customizer plugin (to style).
    I had originally set up the Form and everything worked (including the file upload). After installing Contact Form 7 Customizer, when i test the form and upload any type of file, i am now getting an error message “Failed to upload file. Error occurred.”
    I dont know whether the installation of Contact form 7 customizer is to blame or just a coincidence…?

    The coding in my form is:
    [file DocUpload1 filetype:pdf|doc|docx|xls|xlsx|jpeg|png|jpg limit:2mb]

    The coding in the Mail-> File attachments area is:
    [DocUpload1]

    Use HTML content type checkbox is marked

    I tried deleting this and re-doing it with no luck.
    Any ideas??
