file upload not show responses

cf7 Version 5.1.7
wp 5.3.2

if i create a form with a file upload when i submit this form i can’t see the loader near the submit button and neither the respons of success submitting. if i delete the upload file field all works fine.
doesn’t appear also the respons ‘required field’ like the other field.
