File upload not working

Hello,
so we have a form for users to upload files – however, when the user logs out and back in – the previously uploaded files are missing.
Somehow the files are not saved in the database.I checked – the site is good on storage, not overflowing.
The fields are showing the in db correctly (set field on form exists in db), no error is shown when uploading the file.

Files are uploaded to the
.../wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/temp/folder
then moved to the
.../wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/user_id/folder.Try to trace the files with your cPanel FileManager or a FTP client.
