File upload problems

  • Hi,

    The file upload works fine except the resulting URI string to the image that WP spits out does not work. For example:

    <img src=’/wp-content/pike.jpg’ alt=’a pike’ />

    When I insert this string in a post I get nothing …

    – –

    Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

    Is there a plugin that will allow people to attach images to a post with having to go to another screen?

  • Go to Options > Misc
    Enter a full URL where right now it just has /wp-content

    try that ?

    HI,

    That was it. Another solution was to remove the leading / from the string.

    I should read the instructions a little more closely next time.

    BTW:

    Is there a plugin that will allow you to upload images without having to go to another page?
