File upload Progress bar

Hey, I am using contact form7 for my website’s upload section where user is allowed to upload a pdf file for review. However, currently when a user uploads the file, it doesn’t show percentage of upload complete rather takes 5-10 blank seconds afters submitting of form to show thankyou message. Is there a way the user could know how much uploading is left?
