As suspected, Lazy-loading was the problem.
We changed the plugin code to fix it.

We will improve and release the plugin update soon.

The CF7 with multifile field inserted stopped working after updating WP to 5.8. Currently I removed the multifile field. In the console there is admin-ajax.php error.

can you provide link so we can check further?
