File Uploader (.docx files)

I’m building out the Default Profile form and am adding a File Upload field. I’ve selected all the file types I’d like to allow – including .docx – however whenever I attempt to upload any .docx file I get a “Bad Gateway” message. All other files types will upload including PDF, and .doc.

Any ideas on where I’m going wrong? I’m running the latest Ultimate Member update.
