File uploader message (Drag and Drop (or) Choose Files) missing

This seems like a conflict with something on your site, perhaps some CSS on live site is hiding this for you.

Could you share an URL of where the form can be seen so we could check this out?

FYI, we inspected the code in the browser and we noticed that the file upload message and icon code are missing. Not hidden with css so this is not a styling issue.
Do we have to share the link here for you to look?
