File Zilla Not working PLEASE HELP

  • I have followed every instruction step by step. I try to connect with FileZilla and everytime it tells me this:

    Command: USER gallowayle
    Response: 331 User gallowayle OK. Password required
    Command: PASS ********
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    I have typed in every possible password. Is it not the one we received from www.ads-software.com? Am I missing something? Please help me, Im on the verge of tears.

  • The password you need to use for FTP is the password your web hosting company sent you for your hosting account, and not your www.ads-software.com password or your wordpress administration password.

    Obtain the correct FTP details from your host.
