I’ve been using FileBird for a few years and it’s been a lifesaver. I use it to manage image files of apartments and houses I rent to students in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When I used to create Galleries on page, I would create the gallery and then choose all images in a folder that corresponded with the apartment or house on that page. I’m certain I was able to use the regular WordPress Gallery function and when I’d choose Media Library, it would take me to the FileBird structure I’d created. Now, it doesn’t do that anymore and it goes to the large and unorganized mass of files that are in the Media Library. I’m trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong or differently or if WordPro or FileBird changed and that functionality no longer exists or if some WordPro or FileBird setting needs to be changed so I can see the FileBird structure when I’m creating Galleries. I tried the FileBird Gallery, but in my opinion, doesn’t look as good as the WordPress Gallery I’ve used in the past. If anyone can help me solve this problem, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks!

    Hi @ejensenrentals ,

Thanks for writing to us today!

Let me clarify that the folder structure will show as you expected if you are using the default WordPress’s editor (Gutenberg).

But if you are using other 3rd-party page builders like; Elementor, Beaver, DIVI, WP Bakery etc. This would require the use of FileBird-PRO version.

    Hope this clarifies!

    Regards,
    Bruce

Thank for the quick reply. I’m using the default editor in Visual Editor mode. When I go to my Media files, I see the FileBird structure that I created and it’s exactly the way I want it. But when I want to create a Mosaic gallery and go to a page and Add > Gallery and choose “Select Images” > Media Library, I’m only able to see the WordPress default chronological file organization rather than my FileBird structure (which I need). Is there a setting I need to change? Am I doing something wrong? I know I’ve done it many times before and I’m afraid I’m forgetting a step or a setting was changed. Thanks again for any help you can provide.

Sure. I recorded a short screen capture video, but I’m not sure how to attach it to this. Or do you want me to reply to your email with the video file?
