    Hello,

    After using Filebird to organize some images on a client’s site, I deleted unused demo images very, very, very carefully as the site is live. I go to load up one of the pages and….whoops! Looks like some required custom icons are missing! I check the media library and they no longer exist there either. Thank goodness I had local backups of these icons, because they were custom made and take a while to handle each.

    This has happened to me thrice on three different websites and it only occurs on sites with the Filebird plugin installed. I saw an older post with this issue that was claimed to be resolved 2 years ago, but I can confirm that the issue persists on the latest WP & latest Filebird.

    Just a word to the wise, be very careful before doing bulk deletes. Take a full backup first. I think this user was onto something 2 years, 4 months ago (www.ads-software.com).

    Hey there @mialewp & @ninjateamwp – sorry for the delayed response, been having a heck of a past few weeks. I don’t use translation plugins or anything like that, at least not on the site(s) on which this issue has occurred.

    Have any other ideas as to the cause? Any other questions? I’d be happy to help debug/troubleshoot…even set up a test environment with the exact plugins I was using when this happened.
