FileBird drag and drop bug fixed very fast

  • I found a bug in FileBird preventing files being moved into subfolders. I contacted customer support via Facebook chat. The problem was fixed while I was chatting. Fantastic service. Thanks Ninja Team.

  • What was the bug? I got a response from Ninja Team but it still won’t work. I want to cut and paste all the images from the Media Library main folder and drag and drop to another folder called Photos but a copy still sits on the main media library folder. Any help would be much appreciated! Is it a matter of cut/paste option not working on Lite version and one must purchase the pro version?
