    Hello,

    Since a few weeks, I have a client who has a problem loading his media gallery using Filebird.

    In the Media menu –> Everything works correctly and quickly.
    In a product page (Woocoomerce), when we want to change the main picture of the product, the message “filebird is loading” appears for a very long time before the image directories appear (or not… it depends on the time).

    I found a beginning of track –> When I deactivate the YOAST SEO plugin, it works again correctly. Both plugins are up to date.

    A lead ?

    Hi Bruce,

    It is FileBird 3.9.
    It seems to me that I had the PRO extension last year and did not renew for this year.

    Is 3.9 the latest version?

    Thanks for the clarification!
    So, please note that v3.9 is extremely old and outdated for use now!

    Also, note that the PRO version you got is not a subscription-based, it was a one time fee you paid for it and you can download the latest version anytime via codecanyon.

    Then, update and all issues would be resolved.

    I seem to be having the same issue, except my plugin was just installed on the site. It is Version 4.9.9.1 and when I go to the different pages to pull up the media, it takes a really long time to load, which makes it impractical to use as I cannot access the media files. I have tried deactivating, uninstalling, and re-installing, and nothing has worked. Also, I have the Pro version.
    Any work around or options?
