    I need a registered user to be able to create other users, but after registration, the mail and password fields are not available for input

    Hi @sergey95,

    The email and passwords are unavailable when a user tries to submit a registration form when already logged in. If you have automatic activation of user accounts enabled, then simply submitting the form with another email address will create the user account for it. This will require that the user submitting the form is not already logged in.
