Fileds change dependant on answers.

  • I want to make a form that when a user answers a question, the following fields are either hidden or displayed because of what the user answers.

    For Example:
    A customer uses the form to ask me for a price on a repair on a piece of technology. One question will be for the device type with X amount of possible answers. For answer A, the questions that follow will be different to that if she answered with B.
