filename/name homepage search?

I am searching for an answer that I hope you knowledgable peeps will have an answer.

I am wanting to use a “search bar” on the homepage that will bring up a specific image when entered.

I can do this with a password protected page using the smart password plug-in but I need to do it by filename.

Example. Client enters a “code” which will be the image name/filename. This will then open up in a page or lightbox.

Plug-in or theme that supports this would be great.
