Filenames messed up after migration

After migrating my website, I discovered that image file names seems Encoded, they were most likely were in Arabic, but now it is encoded like this:

For example all files under the upload folder is like this:

#U0627#U0644#U0645#U0633#U0627#U0628#U0642#U0629-1024×682.jpg

I appreicate to know how to fix this!
