    Hi there,

    Is something wrong with my schedule setup?
    I only get database backups although the schedule is set to the ff:

    Files backup: Weekly and retain this many scheduled backups: 2.
    Database backup: Daily and retain this many scheduled backups: 14.

    I can only backup files manually, schedule won’t work for files.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    Please don’t post the log directly here, use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and pate the link here.

    Hi,

    Thank you! I can see that it is the backup for the database only.
    Did the schedule backup work ever before? Please can you send me a screenshot of the “Backup/Restore” tab?

    Hi,

    Yes, it did, it worked in Dropbox at least. I’m using Google Drive at the monent. So backing up the files has to be done manually. Auto never happened in Google Drive.

    Hi,

    Can you check if the files are selected in the “Include in Backup:” option? This can be found in the “Settings” tab. See reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/QwuKOgLd

    Yes, the backup is still for Database only. Here’s what I get as confirmation.

    UpdraftPlus WordPress backup is complete.
    Backup contains: Database only (files were not part of this particular schedule)
    Latest status: The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete.
