Files …”can’t be downloaded securely”

    For the past week or so users are seeing files “can’t be downloaded securely” when downloading files hosted by the Memphis Documents plugin. This was working for years up until recently. Our site is hosted locally, not accessible to outside. Are there any known issues that may cause this?
