Hi, I’ve uploaded files for download and all seems to be fine until they are downloaded. They don’t download in full and end up corrupted. I’ve checked the files size in the library and it’s as it was but when it downloads it doesn’t download the full file. I thought it might be a oversize file issue but the same happens with smaller files as well. Have also tried changing the settings but to no avail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, sorry to bump on this but none of the downloads are downloading correctly, I’m tearing my hair out and it’s quite urgent as it’s pretty much the point of the plugin! Just can’t figure out what the problem might be. Thank you in advance.

I couldn’t wait for a solution so have had to move the files out of the downloads secure folder for it to work. Not ideal but at least it works. Would be useful to know what might be causing the issue with downloading from the secure download monitor folder.

    Hello,

When the files are uploaded to our secure folder, we use PHP to serve the downloads. This keeps the file safe. However, due to less or improper restrictions for PHP on your server, this can cause the file to stop midway of downloading.

To test this further, can you please create a test download and share the link with us? Also, please check your PHP or Apache server log for error just after trying the test download.
