Files disappeared from source site after cloning

    After successfully cloning my site to a subfolder, the themes and plugins have disappeared from the source site. clone site is complete. I checked the files on source site wp-content has uploads only.

    Hey @reemosko,

    During the migration, we sync the source site content and copy it to the destination site only. We never perform any file-related actions like editing/deleting on the source site.

    I would also like to highlight that we do not delete any files/directories on the destination site as well. We will only migrate the content and leave any additional files untouched on the site.
