Files don’t upload to website

If you’re uploading via FTP, WordPress is not involved. Is WordPress installed in the directory to which you’re uploading?

I transferred a robots.txt file, but when I check myurl/robots.txt the file has not been updated.

Is that file in the same directory as wp-config.php?

Yes, they are in the same directory.

What are the URLs for the two files you uploaded?

This is the URL for the robots.txt. It’s the main one I want to update. https://pousadaleange.com.br/robots.txt

I see this:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

If that’s not what you uploaded, I suspect that a plugin may be overriding it. Try disabling *all* plugins to see if you then see the one you uploaded.
