Files in DataBase

    Hello, I first had IThemes , and lucky me I changed to Wordfence .
    But now I have 4 Files in my DB from IThemes can I delete theme with doing no harm to my website ? Or do I let theme stay in my DB ? I hope I write it correct , Im from Belgium.
    So my question is can I leave the files inside the DB , Or must a delete theme ??? Greetz
