    Hi,
I understand form a closed topic that we can manage files outside the WordPress directory. Would you please tell me how I should enter the path for a subdomain of the domain that WordPress site is on (example: documents.abc.com)? I have tried entering the absolute path and relative path, I get the error message:
“Invalid backend configuration. Readable volumes not available”
    Thank you,
    Michael Bain

If it is not possible to manage files on a subdomain, would you please tell me how to enter the path to a different folder on the same domain (example: abc.com/Documents/”?
    Thanks

    Hey @mkb1967,

You can edit root path from settings, please check if there is folder of your sub domain which contains sub domain website.

Thank you for writing back. I created the subdomain just this morning and placed a documents folder in it.

Here’s how I set up my shortcode on the Front End Access page

    1) Select “Everyone”
    2) Select / because the field does not allow text entry.
    3) Select Read
    4) Click Add Shortcut

Then, I paste the shortcode on the page I want the File Manager on.

But what I don’t know is what to type in the “Folder Name” field. I want to manage the files in a subdomain of the domain my WordPress site is on. Let’s say, for example, it’s https://docs.abc.com. What do I type in the “Folder Name” field?
    Thank you

But I don’t know what I’m supposed to enter for the “folder name” path. There g in the drop-down list outside the wp-content folder Absolute paths and the relative path I tried

    @mkb1967,

This shortcode is not led to our plugin. Please check author of plugin you have installed. Given is link of our plugin shortcode addon.

Oh, so your plugin is an addon for Red Hawk Studio’s File Manager?
