Files page shows 404 error if not logged in

Hi — I’ve designated the page to display the file tree, but unless a user is logged in, the page shows 404 not found. What I’d like to happen is for a user to be directed to a login page first, then returned to the file tree page upon login. Help? Recommendations? Thank you! Here’s a link: https://bit.ly/1Dumzgl
