    Hi @charlenecoeurdecha88

Please try go to Settings > FileBird. At Update Database tab, click “Update Now” button.

    Best regards,
    Tommy

In fact I have already done it. But I realized it too late … so in the meantime I had already submitted new photos.

When I did “import update”, there weren’t all the photos from before …

How can I protect my photos in the future, now that I have updated all the photos on the site?

Thank you for your quick answer

    Hi there,

When you update database, your old folders/files (in 2.x version) and new folders/files (in 4.x) still keep. If not, maybe something wrong with your website.

What the previous FileBird version you use?

For now and feature, your folders/files will be safe.

I am not sure . It’s written “En exécutant cette action, tous les dossiers créés dans la version 3.9 & installations antérieures seront importés.” In french, it means I certainly used 3.9 version before and now version 4.

    I really don’t know what happened !

    Hi @charlenecoeurdecha88 ,

Don’t worry much, your files/folders are safe with the latest version 4.0.5.
Please rest in mind and update it.

    Cheers!
